Vibration is the fundamental form of energy. It is the basis of all experience. Sound is capable of impacting the body and mind on multiple levels. From a place of stillness and mindfulness, I set gongs, bowls and bells into motion to allow for energetic clearing of physical, emotional, and mental patterns that no longer serve us. The contrasting stillness that is noticed as the sound fades allows for alignment, grounding and centering. The layered beauty that arises from an array of tones creates space for calling forth new ways of being into our lives. Sound Oceans are both deeply personal and collectively shared experiences.
